Associate Academy

On September 30, MESA hosted Associate Academy 2025, welcoming over 100 students eager to prepare for Management Club hiring. The event featured insights from Professor Maria, introductions to the Management Case Competition Team (MCCT), and presentations from AOA, HRA, and SMF. Students gained valuable information about the hiring process, enjoyed dinner, and connected with executives during the networking open house. Attendees also received a Certificate of Attendance, marking their first step toward becoming future associates.
